Yes.

CNBC every weekday morning.

Will watch some Fox and/or CNN and dissect out the info I’m interested in.

I’m a little older but I have not watched the news since just after 9/11. It’s depressing and very misleading. At least here in the Baltimore area it is.
That includes things like any national morning show, etc.

All national news is propaganda.

You’re being spoon fed what they want you to think.

There are zero “news” outlets left. None. No Tucker is not, no Truth social is not, no Alex jones. They’re all the rights version of MSNBC.

They refuse to report the unbiased, unfiltered news and information.

Even CSpan has resorted to information control to shape your opinions.

Garbage all of it. You’re doing the right thing.

Me too but seems like half the local news stories are canned AP clips of national news, usually about how they really got Trump this time

Exactly. My local ABC affiliate just parrots what the national office tells them, which is generally OMB.

Or lately, they’ve been concentrating on Mitch McConnell’s issues. They never gave this much attention to Feinstein’s issues.

Yeah, they’re not biased, LOL.

Anyone that doesn’t see their obvious bias is beyond hope. Your examples above are perfect examples of lying by omission.

They intentionally leave out facts (or stories altogether) that don’t support their agenda.

I randomly watched like 10 minutes of Fox News the other night. My politics are generally too far right to enjoy it, but I guess I was curious.

It was so different from the channels I usually watch. It was louder (presumably their audience is very geriatric and out-of-touch), and the commercials were completely different from the ones I usually see.

Mike Lindell was hawking something called "MyPillow 2.0." (Major version change- hmmm, it must interface differently with the human head somehow.)

Disabled veterans apparently still exist in Fox News ads. Been a while since I've seen one limping around Lifetime or Bravo.

Anyway, it just reinforced for me how fragmented our country now is. The Pre-Obama era is sitting there in the idiot box, encased in virtual amber for the near-demented to enjoy. Looks like another scorcher.

I stopped watching the news about 4-5 years ago. The national news is nothing but propaganda. The local news is mostly stories on shootings. I get the weather on an app and sports on this website. I’m much happier not watching that bs.
