Who knew? Donaldsonville MAKES its own water!

Just got an alert from WAFB that reads like this "Water in Donaldsonville being used faster that it was being made, forces shut off".
How, exactly, does one make water? Are they God?
Perhaps this is why the Le Pelican sank years back. They just made too much water over there!
Donaldsonville "makes" water slowly
ETA: Yea, nevermind. A quick google search proves what we all already figured: I'm a dumb frick

I do. Wells pull water that already exists deep inside the earth within the water table.
Nobody MAKES water.
Nobody MAKES water.

Wrong...it's extremely easy to make water from hydrogen gas and oxygen gas. Simply mix the two gases together, add a spark or sufficient heat to provide the activation energy to start the reaction, and presto! Instant water

Thanks to all of the dumbasses who think they have to run their water full blast to avoid the pipes freezing. The water pressure was so low, it wouldn't even get up to the shower head. Had to just catch the important bits last night.
