It's not TulaneLSU but not for your reasons. The dude's been really quiet during the lockdown. His output is on life support, he post a set of links to his greatest hits then some old zoo photos that's it. His Ignatiusesque character is fine when subtle but you're right sometimes the schtick is way over the top and cloying.
I find myself warming strongly to Unknown during these uncertain times. He gets my vote.
