Mike Ditka
Richard Jenkins
Pedro Martinez
Toni Kukoc
Some band that was taking lots of pics with 10-14 year old girls in the airport. Absolutely no idea who they were
Side note, Toni Kukoc was in coach and it’s the only time I’ve ever heard a flight attendant tell someone they didn’t need to bring their seat up before take off. Dude looked horrendously uncomfortable.
I can respect him not wanting to spring for first class but at least pop for the exit row. ORD to RSW isn’t a super short flight

I have never recognized anybody really famous on my flights but I used to have a female friend that went to be a Flight Attendent for AA. She was the right type for the job. She was very flirtatious and handsy people did not bother her. Each month she had to bid her schedule an she always bid First Class jobs wheras many of her compadres hated FC. As a result she collected more Frequent Flyer coupons from her spoiled brat clientele than you could imagine. She had a stack of business cards that could staff half the corporate offices of the S&P500. She also met many entertainers and wound up dating a country singer/actor.

Sat next to John Witherspoon, dad from Friday movies, on a flight from Atlanta to lax. On same flight, B.o.B. was allowed to sing his song airplane. Delta was official airlines for the Grammys and he was nominated for it. Got on the intercom. Was a pretty cool deal.
Others on flights
Corbin bernson
John Goodman
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar: I remember telling my wife the at least we had an extra pilot on board if the crew got food poisoning.
Several professional golfers

Barbara Bush. She was in First Class and I was in the Cattle Car. But she passed through the cabin and spoke to all of us. Classy lady. Ironically, when we landed in Houston it had just been announced that Nixon had died.

Sat next to Reba McEntire in coach at least 20 years ago. Nice lady.
I talked with James Carville for a bit while waiting for a flight to the States. He was not in coach, I was. He was interested in the fact that I lived in Baton Rouge and wanted to talk LSU football. Good guy face to face.
Franco Harris and Marcus Allen - different flights - both were pretty big guys.

Usain Bolt. On the same flight heading to Jamaica. Also coincidently passed right in front of where he went to high school.

Gonzaga basketball team on a flight from Denver to Seattle. I was booked into one of the mid cabin exit row seats, but the airline asked us to move to another seat so their tallest guys could sit there. They had trouble fitting into the other seats.
