Ran into Channing Tatum in Nola a few months before Saints & Sinners opened. Talked for a bit about the city and offered to buy him a shot. He turned it down but bought me and a few others one instead. Really nice guy

Kelly Anne from the Real World. We had a moment when I lived in Austin. She was beatiuful but very petite. Glad I stopped hanging out with her after a short period. She had major issues with Cocaine.

I've had extended conversations with Jake Delhomme. I was a little drunk at the time, but he was a really nice guy. Hanging out and playing craps with Marlon Wayans at 4 am in the Venetian for about an hour was pretty cool. Dude had some energy after we helped make him 8 grand

Had lunch with Jack Nicklaus and Jack Jr.
Partied with Odell and Kwon at Red Eye.
Crossed paths with Andy Dick while we were jogging.
Played a round of golf with Tom Hanks and his son. Didn't realize it until the 6th hole.

Rode with George Foreman in his pickup and helped him feed cattle on his farm in Marshall, Texas after he retired from the Jimmy Young fight.
My wife is friends with Joanna Cassidy. Talked to her on the phone and in person.
Sat next to John Aston at a blackjack table in Las Vegas and shot the shite for about an hour.
When I worked at a tv station for 39 years met and interviewed a ton of famous people including Muhammad Ali, Reagan, Bob Hope, etc., but I put those in the handshake category.

My little brother dated Jamie Lynn Spears when they were in middle school so she was at my house all the time and one time her mom and Britney came over for dinner. Brit is one of the less intelligent humans I've ever talked to but in her defense she was in and out of rehab at the time. Then Jamie broke my brother's heart and got knocked up by some other dude just to piss him off. He's honestly never gotten over her and he still lives with my parents

I've had 2 encounters with Karl Malone and neither were exactly pleasant
One time he called me and my friends racist because our black friend was sitting in the back seat of the truck. We were working on a project in rural north LA and I guess he thought we needed help or something because he stopped to see what we were doing. Maybe we were close to his house, I don't know. But anyways when he came to the truck he saw our buddy sitting in the back and said "why you letting them white boys force you in the back like that?" which was really awkward...he was kinda cool after that once we explained what we were doing.
Then one time I was drunk after a Tech football game and I saw him so I ran up and jumped and rubbed his head and he chased me for like half a second

Mandy Moore in Aspen, CO. Sat at the Hotel Jerome bar and talked with her for over an hour. My buddy left with another girl so I took the only seat at the bar, happened to be next to her. Didn't have that much makeup on but was still beautiful. Super cool girl and kinda tomboyish actually, had a dirty Notre Dane cap on, t-shirt and jeans. This was in 2004 (she wasn't event 21 ) so I'm sure a lot has changed with her since.
