I smoke and I could care less what someone thinks about me. All going to die someday, prices for cigs are ridiculous but that's my choice. I need it to deal with all the clowns in this world, like the OP.

I would think now is a good time to quit considering if you are a smoker you are at a higher risk of having more complications if you get COVID-19.

I really just like the break and fixation. Not worried about dying a few years younger.

You might not be worried, but you're in someone else's risk pool for insurance and in everyone's risk pool for burden on our health Care system. See, e.g., the fact that we're all imprisoned in our homes and wiping our asses with the Constitution because we can't buy toilet paper.

But enjoy your f@g.

smokers are just sad, stupid people. Spending $2500/year

I did the cigarette math and that comes out to 6,000+ cigarettes a year. If you only smoke a tenth of that are you just a little stupid and sad?

the amount of people that can't mind their own damn business is a far greater epidemic than the amount of smokers out there and for what it's worth I don't smoke

You can still smell it from 6' feet away on people.

Wife and I have been casual, closet smokers for years, only when drinking, but drink 5 nights a week, couple glasses of wine, or 3 to 4 beers. Sit on back patio after kids go to bed and maybe smoke 5-6 with the wife.

But that's over. I have quit many times, but this is different. When I heard this virus affects smokers more adversely that was all I needed to hear. I'm done, smoked my last cig March 15, and I'm never going back...Truly its been pretty easy. Been more active too, back to running 4 days a week.

Instead of focusing on the gloom and doom and reading social media, I'm choosing to try to take this time to improve myself. By doing that, its significantly reduces any stress.

Since you could care less, you obviously must care.

Smoking doesn’t bother me, but people who don’t know that the phrase is “couldn’t care less” does.

Smoking hardens my lungs and prevents Corona from seeping in through the cracks.

I can smell you 20 feet away, your sense of smell has been destroyed, and you obviously don’t realize how bad you smell.

For those that dip > You might want to retract your lip and look at the area, because it will not be long until it be becomes cancer. Before I retired I diagnosed 13 oral cancers and not one survived 4 years. Most were just smokers.
