All our enemies can just sit back and watch the US destroy themselves.

We know now Russia was bluffing this whole time. Can we take on China? What about China and Russia?
We have no conventional war peer and even the combined conventional threat from all of our enemies and frenemies combined is relatively useless due to lack of the ability to project power to the US mainland. Further Article 5 makes us even more impervious.
Russia is a potential existential threat nuclear-wise. Though it is questionable how they would actually perform. The US and Russia have ~90% of the total nuclear weapons on earth.

The big threat isn't military; it is population replacement. The US will not be first. Europe is the canary in the coal mine. As the Muslims keep swarming in and reproducing, the Europeans and British will have to make fight or flight decisions. I expect them to flee, abandoning the continent to the Muzzies.
There is no economic system that works with a declining population. All the young, white "fur mommies," career chicks, and porn-addicted losers have already lost that war. There's no military solution to their stupidity. The influx of the filthy hoard is mandatory.

The PC, bow to the weak/woke, Unicorns and rainbow dust mindset that currently grips our nation.

Serious question, if we went to war with China, would we be able to keep up industrially with them? Don't they produce they majority of the microchips and things of the sort that we would need for our military complex?

The question is military threat. So the answer is clearly China. They have a large and thoroughly untested military that probably won’t be able to fight well, but will be willing to take unimaginable losses. They also have nukes and are a threat here for the same reason. I could see them willingly entering into a limited nuclear exchange because they would gladly trade 50 million of theirs for 50 million of ours.

That is rather silly. They have no nuclear weapons unless they steal ours stored at Buchel and the overall military strength is very similar to Canada and Thailand. They have some excellent weapons systems produced by companies like Rheinmetall but they don't have the capacity to build any of them in great numbers without a complete overhaul of their industrial infrastructure.

If we can last 6 weeks, we're fine.
People do not appreciate just how fragile the situation of the Chinese really is.

China is zero conventional threat to us unless we load up on ships and planesand go to them.
On the nuclear side it wouldn't be a 50 to 50 trade it would be more like 50 to 500 and a complete destruction of the majority of the industrial capacity in less time than it take LSU to play a football game. There is no doubt their military and nuclear arsenal are growing quickly but as of today they are still at best D2 and we are the only P5 team on the planet.

Military strength doesn’t worry me as much as cyber crime and warfare. So in that case Chinas ability there seems likely big threat

They are putting all kinds of conspiracies and propaganda on political message boards for the right and the left. Then supporting American politicians that hold the same wingnut views.
You see the propaganda victims on the political talk board if you spend a few minutes looking.

I guess you are discounting the time between WWI and WWII? Because they weren't allowed to have shite during that period yet they somehow managed to ramp up and build enough military armament to make a pretty good run on Europe. I like the Kraut's but you gotta admit they have a pretty strong history of kicking the shite out of France every couple hundred years. I would keep an eye on them boys. Especially if they get rid of the pearl clutching pols they keep electing and get someone in office that is frisky.
