Hogan, Flair, Austin is definitely top three. You can argue the 4th between Bruno, Rock, Andre, etc. But I would put VKM as the 4th.

Or should it be McMahon, Crockett, Watts, Gagne? The big promoters back in the day? Maybe Heyman, Bischoff, Eddie Graham?

Nobody had included Norman Smiley aka The Big Wiggle yet?

These responses are pretty much what I was expecting from casual wrestling fans.
If you want a true Mount Rushmore of wrestling, the first guy you’ve gotta include is Lou Thesz, widely regarded as the greatest wrestler of all-time.
Next would be the biggest draw of all-time, Jim Londos. Drew huge crowds and and was a worldwide attraction, even during the Great Depression.
Third would be Hulk Hogan. Terrible wrestler, but directly responsible for two of the biggest popularity booms in wrestling history.
The 4th choice has many possibilities. Mexican fans would likely say that El Santo should be here; the Japanese would argue for Rikidozan. But since I assume we’re talking the U.S. only, and wrestlers only (which is why I didn’t include Vince), one could argue for any of the following: Strangler Lewis, Frank Gotch, Ric Flair, Andre, Bruno Sammartino, Buddy Rogers.
