I cut a wide path in the 70's. I was a customer a few times, (for my own good). They were allegations blown way out of proportion. Thank goodness the had no electronic records. And here we are today.

Yea.....ummm......a couple of times. Should’ve been at least 3 more but I got real lucky
All alcohol related shenanigans, nothing like assault or anything
One was dismissed and the other got wiped off my record after not getting in anymore trouble for a couple years (may have been nonejudicated, can’t remember the word that was used now). That was for pissing behind a tree just off the square in Oxford, they gave me and my buddy a drunk in public
FTR I wasn’t that drunk but I couldn’t have passed a breathalyzer not that they would give us one. It was that night that I learned how crooked drunk in public arrests can be (again not for me but they could pretty much arrest whoever they wanted for it and it was the cops word against the arrested, didn’t require any evidence like a DUI normally does)
Now that I think about it, all my scrapes or near scrapes with the law occurred in or around Oxford

Fortunately all were in high school. (stealing a box of little debbies, DUI under 21, and possession with intent to distribute--god bless the arresting officer who "lost" my paperwork )
Looking back now it is amazing I never got a DUI living in Scottsdale during my 20s. Pretty much everyone I knew had a stint in tent city.
