It’s one of those double edged sword type of things. On one hand it’s a great benefit for those capable of properly utilizing the money. On the other, it’s created a huge number of people that don’t do anything but live on that which has created a lot of drug and alcohol problems.

If I have no knowledge of the upper tiers, eventually I hit a point where I consider race. Skin color itself though... Meh not really. I don't see why we disparage Heuristic reasoning. It's useful.
