God forbid people enjoy something.
Nice avatar by the way. What does that represent? Couldn't be teenagers tossing a ball around, could it?

No offense, but if your wife acted a fool, she ain’t normal. She has a screw loose. You have a bigger problem with a grown, white, liberal woman in your house

My wife is a huge Chief's fan and is mad at Taylor Swift for "ruining" Travis Kelce.
That being said, goddamn some of you are ate up with it. Yes her politics suck, yes it is awful that she uses her fame to hoodwink impressionable young women, but end of the day it's a damn music album announcement. I get excited when an author releases a new book or a video game gets announced.

Well, considering I spent all last night with my wife and daughter, both avid Taylor Swift fans, and only by seeing this thread this morning have I learned she has new music, I’d say they were not that excited.

You think she would let him do that. I do not think she let's time PIIHV.

Nope. She's not into beanpole pop.

Sorry, Boss. Just yours.

I’m too old to be staying up until after midnight on a Monday for an album release. Should be a fun pop album considering who is producing this time around.
I’ll check out the New Heights podcast on Wednesday though, where she’s supposed to be on.

My wife wouldn't know if Taylor Swift released an album, ever.
I cannot imagine having a wife that would give a singular frick about this

There are so many terrible role models that females could idolize. Taylor Swift is one of the best for young girls, IMO. She is involved in the creation of her music, has a strong will, speaks proper English, and fights with dignity for beliefs.
My wife and daughters do not listen to TS, but we do have a few TS children's books. I'm definitely not going to read to my daughters a book about how Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus, Sabrina Carpenter, or any of the other slutbag, trashy pop singers got their start in the music business.

A woman could just as easily post "who else's husband acted like irrational human being because LSU/Saints won or lost last night"

Shes a damned good singer

Great points. She is a smart young woman who even if you don't like her politics she lives her life with good values and shows you can be an attractive woman without dressing like slut.

If your wife cares about Taylor Swift I feel sorry for you. No offense, but you married poorly.

Imagine not being mature enough to handle a wife with music tastes that differ.
