Use honey in BBQ sauces and even in red sauces to take the bitterness out and add that hint if needed sweetness.

I don't normally drink coffee at home, but at work where we have Community and the cafeteria staff keeps it fresh and hot (as opposed to those coffee shops who put it in thermos)
