Who else is up right now?

I’ve had a stretch of 10 nights shifts over a 15 day period my last night shift was last night. I went to bed around 10 tonight and woke up at 12:30 wide arse awake and ready to go. I need to be productive tomorrow (Friday). I’m about to hit the home gym. I hate working a long string of nights. I go back to days on Sunday.

I slept for 3 hours last night. Woke up at 7 am. I'm still up at 2:20. Insomnia is not very fun.

Long stretches of nights can really suck when you have to flip over to days. That first day back I get about 2-3 hrs of sleep.
