His presidency was the last time this country was truly united
The country was definitely NOT united when Reagan was President. The left vilified him and hated him much the same as they do Trump. You’re not remembering clearly at all.

You're an idiot. He was one of the most loved presidents of the 20th Century.
Yes, we were united. We all got along. We were all making money. Seriously, I doubt you were even around then, and if you were, you were a Mondale/Ferraro type.
Look at the election results for 1984. He carried 49 states...FORTY NINE STATES!
Only state he lost...Minnesota.

But then again, I’ll bet you believe everything Rachel Maddow and The ladies on The View say about him. You truly live up to your name. Maybe consider changing it to Loser.
This line of thinking is so played out and stupid. You don’t have to be a stupid libtard to know that you wouldn’t want your child behaving like a lot stuff trump has done and said. It’s like if you aren’t actively gargling his semen you’re a liberal. There’s zero nuance in a lot of you with politics

I don’t have any role models. I think Will Weathers is the best in my profession in Louisiana .
When I’m on top of my game, I think I’m pretty good. I make a lot of mistakes. I can correct them on one site.
ETA would’ve mentioned Robin Fambrough earlier. She is semi retired. But a great writer, of course
My last edit I don’t consider Jerit Roser in the prep sports writer category that I was referring to. Cause he does a lot more than that.

Yeah, who could possibly want to emulate Trump? The guy who is a billionaire, built a very successful business, helps people (and doesn’t advertise it and ask for credit), a non politician who became President on his first try, was targeted by every Democrat to frame him and put him in jail, lost a stolen election, and then still persevered and became President..AGAIN! What a loser!
This is even more sad, and you know it.

I couldn’t have said that better. My father was a ww2 veteran who was in Europe. His father died just before his birth. My grandmother never remarried. He never had a father. I thank God daily for giving me a father that is my hero. He worked hard all his life and supported my family. Taking me to football games, vacations. I wish I could hug him right now I lost him 23 years ago

None. The only normal people are the ones you don’t know very well. We are all flawed, broken and seeking redemption. Better to try and be a role model than have one.

They hated him. Their coverage never stuck with the public, and he remained popular. After his vilification failed, they changed the narrative to how they portray him today.
No one likes people shitting on someone they like.
