I haven't followed any exes close enough to know, but I have a great story about a friend.
He went to Michigan State when Bubba Smith was there. (not germane) He got two degrees, then joined the army. He was stationed at Fort Campbell during the Vietnam era.
After his discharge he made his way over to southern California, got a job, and partied his arse off. He looked kind of like a younger Tom Selleck, so he had a bunch of women come and go. He finally began dating one steadily, a Latino girl named Olivia. They lived together, partying, and just enjoying life. They made the sex often, in many places. She had a huge appetite for the sex.
She came to him one day and told him that she was moving out, that she had found a new boyfriend. He was a little bummed but moved on gracefully. The new boyfriend turned out to be George Harrison. She married him and stayed with him until his death.
TLDR: My buddy wore out an ex that married a Beatle.
