Richard Lipsey started Lipsey's. Now his daughter runs it and he's probably shooting something right now.

I really hope you were trying to make a joke here because O’neal Lane has been around before Shaq was even a glimmer in his daddy’s eye

Lives 4 houses down from me... not so bad... his wife used to use our street as a drag strip, but I fish next to his property (neighborhood lake) all the time... never had a problem with the old man

He stays pretty isolated in his fortress when he's home, from what I can tell

Those people have a lot of money. Not sure I would characterize any of them as old money except maybe Kleinpeter. BR doesnt really have old money in the same sense as New Orleans or even Shreveport. Some old money Shreveporters look down on the Querbes family to this day because their ancestor made his fortune running a saloon in the 19th century.

By contrast BR has had debutantes whose grandfathers were plant operators.

I'm talking about back in the late 70's-early 80's when he lived on Highland Rd near Seigen Ln.

They do over $200 million in revenue from the car dealerships alone. That's not counting real estate. Plus he's one of the main reasons why the state has recently exempted car dealerships from any increase in their inventory tax.

What do you consider old. Pizolata originator was selling vegetables out of a cart on Airline Hwy in the late 60s-70. Saurage family were immigrants 3 generations ago early 1900s. I consider old money connected to french and Spanish settlers. Your list is made up of 20th century.
