This is something I do not understand. Being called a racist or calling some racist is worse than actual racism people face, individually or structurally.

It doesnt offend me. But the fact that people scream racism for the sole purpose of receiving special attention and an undeserved advantage is what is concerning. Calling racism is a tool used by people that are not able to achieve their goals on their own and without an advantage.

It's bothersome because there is some legitimately racist stuff out there, but the term is completely watered down by this hyper-PC culture to where almost anything and everything is called "racist" when in fact it's not even remotely that.
Also, because there's a ton a legitimately racist and "racist" things said on a daily basis by non-whites and it's mostly glossed over and even accepted with absolutely 0 repercussions.

It's not offensive. It's the hypocrisy and lack of logic that irritates most people.
Kind of like someone who is adamantly arguing that 2+2=5, while others who are equally retarded agree with them. The irrational thought process behind it is maddening.
