I’ve never had favorite players or even boxers that were white except for hockey players . And there is an exception for white QBs. You can say Drew Brees and everything is cool. But yeah, if you say Danny Ainge ....

Whatever. Stockton is one of the greatest to ever play the game. They're just pissed off that most of the all time greatest point guards were white.

Not my favorite player but I like that they seem to have genuine friendship most probably don't have.

I get the look when I talk about the best years of the NBA..Larry Bird and the Celtics. Playing the Lakers..Detroit. The Celtics were never out of the game even if they were down 10 with a minute left in the game..

It’s natural for white people to have favorite players. People naturally identify with their own race. Nothing racist about it. Plus people love pulling for underdogs. And white players are the underdogs of the sports world.
