Luckily this thought and behavior is not taught or communicated anywhere close to where I live.

I don't get how we approach the whole race issue. The world is filled with different types of people, you respect everyone the same, stay true to who you are and there is no race greater than or deserves more than other races. BOOM.

While whites owned the majority of slaves, there were black families who owned slaves as well. After slaves were freed, yes they were not treated fair. Blacks did not have the same opportunities as whites, but there were poor whites who didn't have the same opportunities as rich whites.

Is the "white guilt" a result of slavery or is it do to the fact blacks are perceived to be treated different by whites who have authority? Look, I am not in the least bit a racist. I know there are good and bad people in general. Every race has its own stereotypes, but that's just the way it is. Sometimes its not fair, but what in life is fair? In today's world, in this country, everyone has the opportunity to be successful. You can either blame your problems are the world or don't let your problems get in the way and tackle life head on. The idea that "white guilt" is something that people think should be taught is just crazy.

There are more and more Liberals who are leaning middle, but the progressives have taken over and it's killing the liberal base.

Same thing happened when Rights allowed the Far Right to take over. They ruined and poisoned the party. Then, middle and moderate conservatives started the Tea Party, which was hijacked by Far right. Right now ur seeing a more middling right, compared to a decade ago, which is how Obama got the votes, people were tired of far right.

Soon people will tire on left of the Far left/progressives.


And as most people watched, when a legitimate 3rd party was gaining steam(tea party), the big parties invaded and hijacked it.

Nah. White guilt was invented by your white brothers and sisters. You have a problem with white guilt you have a problem with white people, not us.

One of the benefits of being Muslim is you don't get killed in a cafe if you can recite the Koran. I don't there's much guilt for those who were spared from Islam terrorist after being able to recite the Koran because they were Muslim
