Have any of y'all seen this? I'm not sure if this is still done, but ~10 years ago I saw several instances of this.

Why is that ban bait? It's a legitimate fricking question. Why on Gods green Earth would a person feel the need to jam a quarter in their ear? Is it a superstition? Does it have health benefits that I'm unaware of?
