Never take magic stuff at face value....
"Stay Young Forever" - Doesn't specify the age that you do stay young
"Breathe in the Sea" - Doesn't mean you can still Breathe on Land
"Become Invisible Anytime" - Does this mean randomly become invisible any time?
"1000000000 $ in Cash" - The only very clear one.....but not that much cash compared to tech and oil billionaires
"Time travel any time" - See the Invisible Potion
Always question this stuff when dealing with the unknown. I'd keep it safe and take the cash most likely....
