Meh skinny white girls are probably the best tenants. I certainly don't approve of his creeping and harassment accusations but if the owner wanted to rent to skinny white girls only that should be his prerogative.

This is hilarious. I know Jerry really well, he rents out a 4plex off Burthe and is always trying to get my wife to sell him her rentals across the street for peanuts, paid off and 2 blocks from Tulane —easy money. He offered $400k cash for a 4 plex we just renovated, we laughed in his face. You can catch him creeping at Bruno’s on random afternoons.

i went to school with jerry and his sister

actually i'm really surprised that dean kelly being his brother wasn't mentioned in the article, its common knowledge in town and got quite a bit of publicity for the whole family back in the day

Just read the back story on his brother. That pushes this to a whole other level. On the off chance the sister is normal, I wonder how she is feeling after the latest? One brother going bonkers is bad enough but finding out the other is creeping on his tenants? Time to move someplace where people don’t know you.
