Most surprising part of this story is they listed the guy's race as black instead of white on the booking material.

I don't know if it's illegal, but in any case it would be so minor in comparison to her other charges that they probably won't bother charging it.
The firearm charge already carries up to 10 years in prison, so what's the point of an extra charge that might carry a maximum of something like 3 months?

Drove though Mississippi today on my way to NO, didn’t see the fist naked lady driving down the interstate. Kinda disappointed.
