Me personally? No. I had a house years ago with sex dolls. Also had one with literally no floor. It was all dirt with no subfloor and the people were there until the week before we took it over.

My crews also find crazy stuff. I have crews in 14 states so we see some interesting stuff. Squatters are common and I have ran into several.

Currently, have one in Baton Rouge squatters have taken over and turned into a meth house. Waiting on legal paperwork to handle that.

I have found dead animals that were alive before the people locked them inside when they left.

We have another house currently in preforeclosure in LA where the person left everything and it's all in order. The neighbor finally came and told us the guy slipped in his tub and died. His brother was supposed to get the house but the guy had a mortgage on it. It is literally his whole life in the house. When it goes to sale, and no one buys it, we will be taking all of his stuff to the dump. Pretty sad.

Had a house in Jackson MS they were using as a trap house and when my crew went to it the dealers followed him in and held him at gunpoint and told him to never return. Had to call the cops and have them go bust it up.

The most interesting one was one of my crews in New York years ago did a cleanout on a grow house. I looked up the address and it was apparently part of a huge drug bust a few months prior and fell into foreclosure because the owners were in jail.

Had a cop in Beaumont lose his house and he tried to say we took a pair of jeans from his house that had $20K cash hidden in them. The house itself wasn't worth $20K.

Had one contractor in North Carolina claim there was a rumor of buried treasure on a property so he rented a backhoe and dug the property up without telling me or my client. Nearly lost a major client for that but I paid someone to go fix his mess and got a default judgment against the other guy for damages.

We have found guns and turned them over to the police and just a ton of different stories from the past 14 years of this business I could share.
