It was probably one float throwing bananas, one float 10 floats away throwing pink wigs (which 40% of women at the parade are wearing), and someone throwing giant green and gold decorative eyelashes another 10 floats down.

Is there a chance the weaves are real hair? If so, gardeners should fight for them as hair degrades fast as a fertilizer and is an excellent source of quick release Nitrogen to spur growth.
