Black people become grandparents in their 30s. Have kids as teenagers, those kids later have kids as teenagers. I have a cousin who is 35 with two grandkids.

Def the one on the right. You can see it in her eyes way more jaded than the teens. That being said I would think mom is no more than 32 if that.

It said they were twins, and the two in the front seats look very much alike. So I'll say mom is in back seat. She looks good for 32-35 years old (assuming twins are 15 and mom could have had them between 17 & 20).
Eta: moms will still smile for photos with their kids, all teenagers go for that stern dead eyed drawn down look in their selfies.
