The original Allman Brothers Band.

I'd probably pay multiples of that to actually see Duane Allman, honestly. Same goes for SRV.

Springsteen without Clarence Clemmons? What's the point?

Maybe Lynyrd Skynyrd back from the dead. Probably not, but maybe.

Another good one. I'd have paid 2k to watch this, easily.

Metallica, if I could choose the set list and have Jason Newsted back on the bass and backing vocals.

None.

Fortunately, my tastes in music are so unpopular that it don’t cost me much to see most acts I really enjoy.

I’m very involved in the promotion business. Bots buy up tickets and force secondary market transactions and the price increase. Free market is manipulated.

I’d pay $2k to see George Strait at Gruene Hall.

Saw Merle twice in the $20 range. Late 99s and early 2000’s. Met him after one show when he hung around to meet a few fans. Hell of a guy.

Got to see the Plant/Page reunion in the 90’s for not much more. But…. Obviously not quite the same thing as the original LZ. Couldn’t put a price tag on that Time Machine.

I'd put that $2000 toward another Gibson guitar though.

Personally I'm a Fender man. I love Tele's and J-basses. But I can always dig on a cool SG, Explorer or Flying V. Gotta respect the classics.
