I think Canada, Netherlands and Switzerland score high in all those areas.

The correct answer is Israel. (I'm not Jewish...not even close) If you will listen carefully to what Netanyahu has been saying, even before the "Israel as the Nation-State of the Jewish People" law, it is clear that "Israel" is part of just about every major military force on the planet... ...and with money being power, the Jewish people are by far the most influential and powerful race on earth.

The actual country, Israel, even though it's supposedly the "Nation-State of all Jewish people" inhabits less than half of Israel living in just the US alone, much less world wide. Israel engages in what they call "strategic ambiguity" and will not disclose its nuclear might. Our Natural Resources Defense Council and the Federation of American Scientists, say that tiny piece of land, the size of New Jersey... with less Jews than the population of NYC... likely possesses up to 200 nuclear weapons in ready state.

There are MUCH larger militaries in the world, BUT... In possessing "self propelled artillery"... the battlefield components capable of ranged, sustained, fire rates of warheads, both nuclear and chemical, the tiny country ranks just 3 places below the entire US Military in power,. And don't forget, the MAJORITY of the Jewish nation-state of Israel (and their wealth) is almost everywhere... and in almost every military force on earth. If anyone doubts Israel's military competence, training, and willingness to mix it up...thanks to mandatory conscription, highly educated participants, and the "unique genome" of claimed "Jewish Genius" (real or not), they are uniquely innovative weapons and defense system designers... as well as having a vicious, take-no-crap, take-no-prisoners, get-it-done-quick, aggressive mentality when it comes to war...
...(see the Six Day War, etc..) I believe Israel easily could scuffle with anyone, anywhere.
