CSC or I'm sure Kirks does it. At least I would think. If its a true suspension lift, hell or even a level, make sure its a reputable shop that will warranty their work on the off chance problems arise down the road. Some dealerships may do it, if you bought the truck from them.

I did a simple level kit on my truck. Let the dealership do it as to not affect any ridiculous warranty crap. Think it was $250 total.
