I'm liking living in the alliance corridor myself.

Ridglea Hills, Arlington Heights, West 7th (pricey), and the historic south side. The Ridglea Hills area is the best imo. 5 minutes from downtown. If they prefer downtown, the cultural district is growing and is within walking distance. I believe Pectus lives downtown so he might be able to add to this. Don't listen to Goldennugget and his political speeches about the neighborhoods.

When I worked there I just lived in Euless. Halfway to Dallas and the commute wasn't bad.

As also mentioned, downtown and the cultural district.

Also depends if you want a house, condo...what type of industry, where you will be working, etc.

Feel free to shoot me an email if you have questions. PannyCricketsTD@gmail.com

West 7th is overpriced for what you get

I like the area south of I-20 off Bryant Irvin. It's called Cityview.

You claim to have been living in the Pac. NW for some time. How do you know what you like in re. to living in a particular area?

Probably because I lived in Tarrant County for the first 25 years of my life, went to TCU for 5 years, and all of my immediate family still lives in Fort Worth whom I still visit 2-3 times a year

My son and fiancee rented a house near the Ft. Worth Zoo for a couple of years prior to buying a home. They are still in that area and really enjoy it .

So Fort Worth is suitable for a 23 YO single person? I was thinking one would want to commute from Dallas in that situation, but I know nothing about Dallas or Fort Worth.

Fort Worth is great, it has a lot to offer a young professional. Lots of different neighborhoods that cater to different crowds, you will find somewhere to have a good time.

Edit: ...and the commute from Dallas would make you hate your life.
