haha but I don't think that is a product. I am sure that SOON someone will make an attempt to explain it to me.

I even tried to inject some levity into the question...

Sorry, had to drive to the airport.

I'm not going to defend BTC specifically because I don't think it's very useful longterm. I don't own any. I own coins that have the potential for real world uses that don't depend on toppling government backed fiat currency.

The briefest description of BTC is it's a currency.

It's a decentralized ledger of transactions, which makes it secure, since you can't alter the historical record of the transaction across the blockchain.

BTCs only use is a means to store and transfer value.

Cryptocurrency or blockchain in general can be used for anything from smart contracts to supply chain management.

I had no idea that Edw. Jones has newbies canvass neighborhoods. I am older than you and had never seen that until Monday...

Your restraint is admirable...and your position is well documented. ha.

I can understand the value of blockchain tech. The unalterable ledgers etc. I am not sure how the two are related.

GRTiger...Thank you. I hope your plane does not crash...

Don't be a douche. It could be b/c he has stated his case.

You don't know that it is going to...You hope, and strongly suspect that it will. I am guessing you are so confident that you have just bought some more?
