Where is the Fall Weather?

I know most of us live in the Gulf South and yeah, it takes Fall a little while to get here, but dammit we haven't even had a teaser front through here.

Felt good here in NE AL around 5 am when I got up and let my dog out. Felt a slight chill in the air. Then it was 82 at 7:30 on my way to work

Forecast says 90ish the next 7 days in BHam.
We’ve had 3 days of “fall” weather which were really just not hot as balls days.
One of the longest summers in a while.

Hasn't been below 70F in NOLA since last spring... Temps have fallen a bit, but the dew points not so much. So it's a tiny bit cooler but even more humid.
