An honest answer - uptown near Touro Synagogue and the JCC. Touro is a very healthy and wealthy congregation filled with wealthy transplants and successful locals. The JCC is a terrific facility and community anchor. And that general area is safe, a good mix of college kids, working singles and families. It’s really the clear option for a bougie single Jewish gal. If there are 15,000 Jews in Louisiana, 12,000 of them live in walking distance of this area.
New Orleans though is largely bleak for 35 year old single women. Great for 35 year old single men.

A cool single in the Quarter or place in the CBD/Warehouse district would be cool for her.

This is a foul and raunchy thing to say, especially since I think one of them is his girlfriend, but I cannot stop laughing at it.
