Baton Rudge is the slowest flushing toilet in the nation.

Apparently there is not a single majority white neighborhood in the entire city of Jxn

Actually there is a few left. Belhaven, Fondren, and a few neighborhoods in North Jxn are majority White. That's where all the "wealthy" Black people in Jxn live, you don't think they live in Black neighborhoods do ya? No they don't.

But pretty soon Jxn White population will drop to like 5%. All the White people will be in those few really nice majority White neighborhoods

They need to deal with this budget crisis. If they can they can hang on pretty well. If they avoid any painful decisions and just hike taxes….it’s going to suck.

St George will be doing very well.

Replace “Baton Rouge” with “Louisiana”. It will be the same. The young and smart will leave. The ones that don’t have that option will stay, the democrats will keep breeding. Louisiana is Jackson, just not as far down the same timeline.

These threads are always full of Ascension and Livingston parish baws sour that they can't afford to live in BR. This thread will blow up at 7am tomorrow when they are all stuck in traffic driving into the city for work.

Jxn don't have a major important flagship university. I'm not sure if JXN and BR are the same.

How is BR going to improve when the voting majorities are democrats? They’re going to vote along racial/party lines and the city will continue to regress. Neither the Capital nor LSU can save it. The real question is to what degree it will slip.

Until a change is made in certain homes it’s gonna get worse.

The fathers have to be in those homes and they are not and they will not be.

It don’t? You put a lot of faith in schools for a person with such a loose affiliation with the english language.
