I think most of the kids who had that rep in my school all work in the oilfield and make more money than most of us do.

You are completely incorrect.

Bullying behavior is the most predictive trait for sociopathic behavior as an adult.

It’s not an old wives tale. Bullies are deeply disturbed and are incapable of seeing others as valuable. Every single one I have ever had personal or clinical contact with has turned out involved in criminal behavior. I know of 3 that were convicted of capital murder.

Bullies are bad news. It’s not normal childhood development any more than animal torture is not normal childhood development.

Bully I went to elementary school and Junior high with was such a dick. He was adopted and had the nicest parents in the world and he was just an awful person...
When he got older, he beat up his parents, burned down someone's barn and he went to jail for a good while. I don't know where he is today.

One of the worst ones I knew is dead - suicide. Good riddance, he was truly a broken human being.

I graduated high school late 90s. 6 years later I was out of college and back home visiting my parents and friends. Biggest bully from back in the day checked my ID as I walked into Silky O’Sullivans on Beale Street. In the game of life, I’d say I won.

Only dealt with one in high school. Have no idea where he is now. Could not care less.

I bullied a fellow senior of mine in high school. The kid did nothing to me and I did it to feel good about myself. I hated myself for doing that to the kid. His parents wanted me thrown out of school and I could not blame them. I am sure he went home and was upset about it and till this day I feel sick about it. Was out with my family about 15 years ago and saw him. I went up to him and apologized to him and asked for forgiveness for the pain I caused him. He accepted my apology and have remained in contact with him through social media and reunions. I continue to hate myself for the pain I caused him. Our 30 year reunion is next year. What I did has stayed with me since that time.

most of them are in jail, or dead.

One or two I'm actually friends with now. Had one guy when were 40, I'm 47 now we happened to run into each other and he apologized to me and asked for forgiveness. Our kids are friends now.
