You throw your kid higher in the pool than they do theirs?
Cut your grass faster?
Clean your gutters without a ladder? Jumping along the way and grabbing leaves?

maybe one of them is boning your ole lady while your doing box jumps at 5 am?

Or maybe I have three young boys and I can actually get out there and coach and actually show them how to do the things instead of being like most of the father's who lose their breath walking into the bleachers??

Maybe I will be able to actually be able to be active when I'm 55-60 unlike most of the guys I work with ??? :dunno: :dunno:

Or maybe I have comfort that should something happen I could defend myself?? :dunno: :dunno:

Maybe I want to be able to look good and feel good I to my 70s???:dunno::dunno:

Or maybe I just don't want to be average and have the same issue these broke legs are complaining about in this thread??:dunno::dunno:

Or you can sit here and make whatever excuse it is you want that makes you feel better. Im sure we could go all night with you doing that.

But at the end of the day, it's fricking sad that almost everyone in this thread and 98-99% of US citizens over 25, can't even run 100 fricking feet without hurting yourself.

I have always loved by the motto that the worst thing I could ever be is average. If there was something I could do to prevent from being average I will. I was an average athlete in high school with below average talent. frick being average, that goes for the job and life in general.

I wasn't bragging, simply offering advice. I'm not some bad arse for sure. Simply someone that took the time to educate himself and put fourth more effort than the average.

Oh yes, the TD haters in full force... today I did:
5 x 8 225 lb squat
4 x 8 720 lb leg press
4 x 8 225 lb leg extension
3 x 8 80 lb straight leg deadlift
Lots of calves at the end.

That’s my A leg day. I have a B leg day with front squats, hack squats... even after all this, sprints make me very sore.

I’m 59 bet a punk kid talking shite at Y I could beat him from baseline to baseline on basketball court. I was a sprinter in high school and stay very fit. I drilled his fat arse in front of his boys then hit the heated pool to ward off the pending hammy and thigh pain.
