I went on a trip to NYC last month with some buddies and we saw a family wearing lsu gear. The waiter put them at the table next to us in the restaurant so we struck up conversation. Turns out the parents were alumni and lived in Denver, but were in town for vacation.

I never say geaux tigers in an SEC state, or during football season.

I still do. Living in Kansas, if you meet another LSU fan there is usually a unique story as to how or why they ended up here. Being and LSU fan is a a unique thing and it's even more cool to see it somewhere you least expect it.

That said, with as much traveling as I do for business, I never say anything in an airport. Far too common.

I swear I run into more LSU fans here in California than I did in Alabama. I try to speak to every SEC fan I see. I actually love LSU fans, they are friendly and kind and usually very talkative.

The other day a cyclist in LSU gear was going up St Carles Ave. At a stop light we noticed he had Old Shool Mike tatoo to one calf and Tounces tatoo to the other. I asked if my stepdaughter could take a pic and he was happy to pose.

Normally, I don't even notice LSU garb in New Orleans.

Absolutely. I tell them to eat shite. They look befuddled until I tell them Duck Dynasty is quality television. I'm normally on good terms after that. A simple bunch, that's for sure

Saw a car parked in Cardiff, Wales with LSU and Saints stickers on the back, so left a note on the windshield that just said, Geaux Tigers. If I'm down in London I will always give a Geaux Tigers if I see someone with LSU gear.

Some of us live/work overseas in touristy areas. I'm not gonna trash my LSU shirts and buy France University shirts if I'm working in Paris.
I'll be in Paris Friday and I only have a polo, a company shirt, and a few LSU shirts in my suitcase, so it's likely I'll be representing depending on what the laundry situation looks like.

Here's a novel idea.. as an adult male, have some style beyond wearing LSU/university-of-wherever-you-are t shirts and polos
