Outside of downtown, there’s that huge new hospital going up between Essen and Bluebonnet as well.

People love to crap on BR and some of it with good reason but downtown is one actual area of the city where there has been a lot of positive development. Mid city is also coming along as well

Are you serious? You can hardly move in downtown BR because all the construction.
