both at fault, girl walking never even checked if anyone was walking there to be hit by the door, and scooter girl shouldnt have been right up against the buildings so its easier to see and avoid someone coming out of a store.
also it always bugs me that exit doors like that open outward rather then inward just because someone walking by can just as easily get clocked with the door opening

Hahah looked like me in Atlanta on that fricking scooter.
