You can take anything you have purchased. If you didn’t purchase it and take it the company can get you for stealing. It would be a dick move on their part but they definitely could. You must be really poor if you are considering stealing ink pens

i have left a few companies...do not take anything you did not pay for...
sneak all your stuff out before last day so that when you resign you can just walk out hands free if possible...
