I mean, are you leaving to go to another job?

Pretty sure the new office will also have pens and staplers.

It's easier if you start bringing things home long before your last day. Get what you want before you turn your notice in...

An old plant baw who had put in over 40 years was finally retiring. It was his last month on the job. He was going out the gate with a wheelbarrow full of saw dust. The security guard stops him and says, "hold on there. I have to check you." He runs his hands all through the saw dust just knowing he was going to find something the guy was stealing. He doesn't find anything and lets him go through. The old baw does this every day the whole month until the last day. This time he is empty handed. The guard says, "OK, look, I know you were up to something. I checked you every day and didn't find anything. It's your last day, tell me, what were you stealing?" Old baw looks at him with a grin and says, "wheelbarrows."

Knew a guy that developed a plan on how to take things from his office
First he started with some gears ...taking those out in his lunch box

Then a fuel pump
Then an engine and a trunk
Followed by a transmission and chrome
Nuts bolts and shocks

And with a little bit of help from an a-daptor kit
We had that engine running just like a song

My engineering firm is so damned chicken shite cheap that I had to buy my own desk and chair. I have to buy my own paper clips, paper, pen and pencil. I had to buy my own damned bookcase. They did supply a computer. When I retire my shite is coming with me,phuck.

Depends on whether you leave at 2pm or 2am.

Word must not have gotten out if there is anything left in your office at all. Usually the office vultures know in advance and steal everything not nailed down.

Kind of depends on the company and what you take. There is nothing I would want at my place of work. Pens and markers are inconsequential. Maybe if I had an office job, I’d take a few pens.

You either leave behind the company purchased supplies or you leave behind your integrity.

I knew I’d be retiring a year before anyone at work knew.
Planned accordingly.
Just saying.

You should leave everything behind but on your bosses floor so he/she have to pick everything up one by one.
