I’m just interested in the Tesla/X phone for satellite connectivity.

That's not Elon.
And if he made an X phone with StarLink and somehow got Apple to allow blue texts, it'd be dope!

Clearly that is Elon Musk and not someone else.

blue texts
That matters to people?

It would just be another Android/green text people phone unless they came up with their own OS.

About 6 years late, if it goes like most of his other product launches.

In all seriousness, this is probably a game plan for Musk.
When Starlink is fully operational with global cell service, he could destroy the market. ATT/Verizon/TMobile/etc. would be at a severe disadvantage, especially if he rolled out common sense pricing flat fee.
As far as phones go, Apple has done an amazing job of trapping their users in the apple ecosystem. It is almost scary how apple users are OK with putting up with inferior products, because they are too dumb to figure out how to properly work a new phone. If iPhone is excluded from Starlink use, it would take some time to take over market, and I could see the telecoms dumping major money to AAPL to keep their legacy world in place.
Droid people would be, frick yeah let's do this!!! Samsung would be wise to partner with Musk to be the phone of choice and/or to build the new "X" phone.

Like EVs and rockets and space based internet that are about a decade ahead of the nearest competition?

So many people fall victim to these imposter accounts, and it's astonishing.

That’s not Elon.
But hypothetically yes I absolutely would

The last new thing from Tesla (besides the CyberTruck, lol) is the Model Y and it came out 5 years ago. And the Model S and Model X aren't even the top 5 selling EVs.
I think it's highly debatable whether or not Tesla is still that far ahead of the competition.

AT&T and Verizon just recently signed long-term deals with a satellite broadband provider called AST SpaceMobile (whose stock is blowing up the past month).
Musk would have higher margins on the broadband side of things, but would be at an enormous disadvantage when it comes to market share, a solid OS, and possibly hardware.
In other words, he'd be an idiot to get into the cell phone game. Which probably means he'll try it.
ETA: Just read the rest of your post. To quote Walter Sobchak, "you're out of your element, Donny!"
