Sorry bro, "til death do us part" is pretty clear language. Not much room for loopholes despite what the lawyers tell you. Death is the only way to get out of marriage, not misery.

Depends on how miserable. Plenty of married couples care for each other, but the spark is long gone. But they have kids, have built a life with each other, and are likely the best friend of each other, even if it doesn't seem like it all the time.
IMO, that's not an ideal marriage, but those things have a lot of value. I'm guessing a lot of people who abandon that life looking for excitement or unbridled happiness all the time end up wanting those things back.

I got divorced last year out of the hardness of my heart. My wife was unfaithful. And the Bible said it was ok. I was free and clear because I had been cheated on. Well, I'm telling you that God didn't make that law. He allowed it because some people just cannot get over it. Also, He doesn't want anyone to be in a physically or mentally abusive relationship. If your spouse's ways can't be changed, then you may leave. That's my two cents anyways.
Anything else, God doesn't acknowledge your divorce. And even if you remarry, you'll be committing adultery on your first spouse.
