Not only that, but to be classified as not a bar, but rather a restaurant with a bar, you have to have a certain percentage of your sales come from food. Serving hot dogs isn't going to get you there.

I don’t know about bars but I was in a Mexican restaurant last night and it was seated 100% and the bar was packed and they had a live band playing.
