I’m 26 and recently have come to love getting a nap in. I have an 11 month old son so it could be related

Did in college a lot after class. I’m 36 now and naps only happen on the weekends if ever. I wish that weren’t the case

Probably halfway through college. I’ve always been a late night or worse person so I guess that’s when I make up for the sleep. Nowadays it’s practically mandatory on the weekend days.

When my kids were all babies, i freaking loved rocking them for a nap because when they went down, i would lay next to them and get a nap in myself

When I had a baby, for sure. I’ve never been an adult napper. I usually wake up feeling shitty. Now, I sleep when I can.

If I sit down at some point around 2-4:30, I’m getting a 20 minute nap in.

If I don’t, no nap that day.

I do not allow myself to take naps. I have trouble sleeping at night.

I have never taken naps. I guess I could sometimes on the weekends when my four kids are either at "rest time" or napping, but like others have said, I wake up feeling like my blood was replaced with molasses. Terrible.

Edit: age 31

I swear I will take a nap some days, and if I find the time, I end up filling it with something else. Then I regret it.

Sleep habits are horrible. I’m up past 1am most nights, have to get the kids up by 5:30. Some nights I have so much work, I just stay up. Not sustainable.

Never, I always wake up from naps more tired and in an even worse mood. I just butt chug some Red Bull and keep moving

Naps are great. I had to do a science report on naps one time and found that naps can actually help improve memory and reaction time. However taking too long of a nap isn't as good for you and it seemed the best naps were real short ones like 20-30 mins.
