For me it was when I coughed really hard in the shower and pulled a muscle in my back. It hurt for a good week.

When I pulled a muscle in my abs while I was switching positions one night with the old lady.

Talk about embarrassing.

Hangovers take multiple days to recover from.

Damn you started going downhill early.

I'll 49 now and noticed I couldn't do the things I used to do about 5 years ago. I have a teenager in the house now to do all the manual labor, but I don't know what I'll do when he leaves for college in the fall.

Mid 40s, when I woke up one day and pretty much any printed word was a blur.

Sciatica's a blast too.
