Ordinance prohibits this in Wichita Falls

Mine is the opposite, leaves go int street on specific days. Yard waste goes in a can though. Bagging is a no go.

Meh, I mulch. The only thing I get in the street is from the weed eater. I am not bagging that. The amount of grass from that is so small, if anyone decides to get pissed from it, they can get bent.

the wind and cars going by will disperse the debris and then they wash away.

Just like cigarette smoke - it magically disappears.

Right into the drains that the debris then clogs up.

Trashy, inconsiderate, stupid, lazy, and against the law in many locales.

It does disappear if you walk upwind of it.

I blow mine into my a-hole neighbors yard, it requires extra effort to do so and I'm happy to do it. Even have my yard guys trained to do it when they do the yard.

I burn all my yard waste. It's like a signal to the world that I'm done with my yardwork.

I used to have a similar problem with sprinklers hitting my car on Southwestern between Skillman and Greenville Ave in Dallas. Those apartments in The Village watered nearly every day in the summer.

I started blowing mine into the lot across the street. Just a huge oak tree. For the record we don't have storm drains but do have ditches.

I have no idea what my lawn does with it, its not like I stand out there and watch him while he's doing my yard.

I usually see it with the lawn service guys. I blow the stuff back in my yard, and thus it looks a little messy. If I'm feeling motivated I'll sweep it up and pick it up with a dust pan.
