They're computing price elasticity.
At $17, they may wind up calculating it as damned near infinite.

Been there only once like 6 years ago. Unimpressed. I rather go somewhere else.

Five Guys is a bland pile of garbage.

We like it but have stopped going because I think it was about $90 last time we went (got it to go - so that’s no drinks) and the kids were hungry about an hour later

How many fricking kids do you have?

17 dollars for a cheeseburger, small fry and a drink.
Nope, nope, nope.
Anything but prime cut (burger meat) slapped in a bun for $17 is a ticket to bankruptcy.

Obama’s favorite place. Enough reason not to frequent.

My kids love 5 Guys so we get it every few months. I have 2 teenagers. Our bill is usually around $50. Daughter just gets a grilled cheese though, and we split 2 regular orders of fries between us. And that's no drinks. That amount could easily balloon if we all got our own fries and drinks and daughter opted for a burger. Probably be close to $70-$80.

It's as overpriced as they come, but about as sure fire of a hangover cure as it is. I see it as paying for a delicious IV

It’s five guys. Let that sink in.
Not saying it’s good or bad. Just seems absurd to pay that much for semi-fast food.

I’ve never though that it was that good of a great burger in the first place...... but that’s just me.....
And me. It's highly overrated. Stupid people get caught up in the hype.

I agree. I'm not a huge fan, but sometimes we relent to the kids' demands. They love it for some reason.
But then, $50 isn't much more than our bill at CFA is for the 4 of us. Just pulled up our last order in the app and it was $44.34.

Fat people can't do math and are lazy. That's mostly why they are fat to begin with

I enjoy their food but their price keeps me away. Its fricking crazy. Went there a few months ago, saw the prices, laughed, and went next store to an Asian fashion place and ordered to go for six bucks less
