If you don't eat out often and when you do it's only at 5 star steakhouses you're doing it wrong. Steakhouses are fine every so often but if you're going to spend that kind of money on food, you should put it towards an experience that is difficult to replicate at home for a 1/4 of the price.

I don’t go out to eat very often, especially 5 star restaurants and it’s because of exactly what you described. I’m not a big fan of crowds especially crowds that are staring down at a screen instead of talking with the people sitting at the same table they are. Also, nutrition information has been out the window in this country for along time.

I think most chain restaurants are trashy but PFC seems a little upscale. I consider Ruth’s Chris a chain restaurant.
