Warp-speed suburban sprawl without proper infrastructure development is something that has always crossed party lines.

The truth is that PG&E and ERCOT probably both suck and are equally incompetent. It will be nice if folks showed a little bit of intellectual honesty in these sort of discussions once in a while.
